I've heard variations on these two phrases now too many times from religious nuts.
"If God allows it, it must be good."
Everything that exists is a good thing because some god hasn't gotten rid of it yet. And yes, this includes the things that rational people think and know are anything but good.
"If God made it, it must be good."
See above.

I guess the big question is, what is good?
I think it's not so much what religious people think as 'some religious people DON'T think'
the concept of good and bad in religons ha splagued it for millenia and anyone with any idea of theology knows god lets bad stuff happen but they all argue about why :P
